Started phen q & caused extreme dizziness, nausea & stomach difficulties. Contacted phen q who stated no known side effects. Really? Totally discounted the SIDE EFFECTS I was experiencing!! Returned the product & they kept $38 which is obviously a penalty!!! Don't waste your money.

Be very careful of this sham company. The pill didn’t work for me so I returned it through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery. I lost the certificate of posting so didn’t have my tracking number. I emailed asking about why I haven’t received a refund as it had been over two weeks! They demanded a tracking number to check if it had been delivered but suspiciously wouldn’t check with their returns department for the package. Anyways long story short I found the certificate of posting (thank God!) and guess what?! The Royal Mail website (when I searched the tracking number) shows that my return was delivered and actually signed for by PhenQ! What baffles me is if they received and signed for the package which also had the rma number on the address label why didn’t they automatically issue a refund? Why did they wait for me to email asking about the refund and then demand a tracking number? Sounds fishy to me and it seems to me they will try anything to not issue their ‘guaranteed’ refund. Also the pill tastes digusting and it very big. It makes you feel sick and doesn’t really do anything. Try mysimba instead.

Awful service. They don't stop sending us sales and offers and when we buy them few minutes later they sent back the money. We have called many times to find what it's wrong and sometimes they said they are going to call us back and never did it or they can't tell us what happens. We can't buy this product and we don't know why.
So, awful service and we are so disappointed!!

At first the pills were working. I had awesome energy levels and i was eating less. After a couple of weeks, not so much.
